Decadent chocolate brownies made with a2 Milk™

Decadent chocolate brownies

Cooking Time: 20 mins

Makes: 12 servings


  • 225g melted goats’ butter
  • 350g golden caster sugar
  • 75g cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs – beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 225g gluten free plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp a2 Milk™ Full cream


  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC/ 350ºF, and grease a baking tin.
  • Add the butter and sugar to a large bowl and mix well.
  • Stir in the cocoa powder, followed by the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt into the bowl and stir well.
  • Pour in the a2 Milk™ Full cream and gently mix until fully combined.
  • Place the mixture in the prepared baking tin, and bake for around 20-25 minutes until the middle is just setting.
  • Cool and cut into squares.
