a2™ Skim Premium Instant Milk Powder has the natural goodness of a2 Milk® No Fat in a resealable tub. It has all the benefits of a2™ Full Cream Premium Instant Milk Powder without the fat.
a2™ Skim Premium Instant Milk Powder is made through a drying process where the water is removed from our fresh a2 Milk® No Fat. It is high in calcium and packaged in a resealable tub. 900 g makes 9 L of milk.
Not suitable as a complete milk replacement for children under the age of 2 years.
It all starts with the cows. We conduct a simple DNA test on a tissue sample taken from the cows to identify cows that naturally produce milk with only A2-type beta-casein protein and no A1 protein. Every batch is then tested again before it reaches your table, so you can feel confident in what you're drinking.
The result? Milk that may be easier on digestion for some people*, with all the goodness of natural dairy milk.
Skim milk is fresh liquid milk, while skim milk powder is a dry product. Both a2 Milk® No fat and a2™ Skim Premium Instant Milk Powder have similar nutritional profiles, but skim milk powder has a longer shelf life and is more convenient for storage and transportation. It can be reconstituted with water to create liquid skim milk when needed. With its long shelf life, a2™ Skim Premium Instant Milk Powder can be more convenient than fresh milk for people who live in remote areas, as well as campers and travellers.
Powdered skim milk, like other milk varieties, has a limited shelf life. Always check the use-by or best-before date on the product. Once the package of powdered milk is open, its shelf life decreases. Store your a2™ Skim Premium Instant Milk Powder in a cool, dry place away from moisture and out of direct sunlight.
