Baked Banana Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana, ripe, sliced
  • 1 Pear, diced
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla paste
  • 1 cup a2 Milk® Full Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Honey, plus extra to serve
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease a 20cm square baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, walnuts, vanilla paste, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the a2 Milk® Full Cream and egg together.
  4. Arrange the sliced banana and diced pear in the base of the baking dish. Top with the oat mixture, then pour over the milk and egg mix.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  6. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
