Banoffee Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup a2 Milk® Light
  • 2 Frozen bananas
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 4-5 Medjool dates, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 Shot espresso, cooled (approximately 30ml)

Directions

  1. Add the frozen bananas to a blender.
  2. Add the granola, chopped dates, and cooled espresso.
  3. Pour in the a2 Milk® Light.
  4. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into your favourite glass or smoothie cup and enjoy immediately.
