Berry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 2 cups a2 Milk® Full Cream
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)

To Garnish (optional)

  • Fresh berries
  • Fresh mint sprigs

Directions

  1. Add the berries, banana, a2 Milk® Full Cream, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add honey if desired. Blend briefly to combine.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk (1/4 cup at a time) and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with fresh berries and mint sprigs if desired. Serve immediately.
