Chai Spiced Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup a2 Milk® Light
  • 1 Banana, ripe
  • 4-5 Medjool dates, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes

Chai Spice Mix

  • 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Add the banana to your blender.
  2. Add the chopped dates, chai spice mix (ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg), vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the a2 Milk® Light.
  4. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into your favourite glass, dust with a little extra cinnamon if desired, and enjoy immediately.
