Directions
Pour a2 Milk® Full Cream into a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Wait for small bubbles to appear at the edge of the saucepan - remove just before it begins to boil.
Gently stir in vinegar or lemon juice.
Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Line a colander with a cheese cloth and gently pour in mixture and let it stand for 20 minutes.
Gently squeeze out the excess whey using your cheesecloth.
Remove from the cheesecloth and place the strained mixture into a bowl and fill with cold water and give it a quick rinse until the curds harden.
Stir in salt and 1/2 cup of a2 Milk® Full Cream for extra creaminess and enjoy!
