Melt 3 tbsp margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until well combined, about 1 minute.
Gradually add the a2 Milk® Full Cream, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
Add salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast. Stir until the sauce is smooth and thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Toppings
Heat 1 tbsp margarine in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and mushrooms. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
Assemble: Spread the creamy sauce evenly over the pizza bases. Top with the sautéed onion and mushrooms, minced garlic, spinach, and vegan cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Slice and serve immediately.
