Honey Walnut Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups a2 Milk® Full Cream
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp Gelatine
  • Honey, to taste (optional)
  • Garnish
  • Walnuts

Directions

  1. Whisk the a2 Milk® Full Cream and gelatine together in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Once the gelatine has dissolved, add the vanilla extract and maple syrup.
  2. Remove from heat and pour into small bowls.
  3. Refrigerate for 3–5 hours, until firm.
  4. Drizzle with honey and crushed walnuts before serving.
