3 Kiwis, peeled and cubed, plus extra slices for garnish

1 cup a2 Milk® Lactose Free Light (for ice cubes)
1 cup a2 Milk® Lactose Free Light (for blending)
1 cup Coconut yogurt
2 cups Baby spinach, packed

Directions
Prepare ahead: Pour 1 cup a2 Milk® Lactose Free Light into an ice cube tray. Add a few banana slices to the tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, add the frozen milk cubes, remaining banana, kiwis, spinach, coconut yogurt, and 1 cup a2 Milk® Lactose Free Light to a high-powered blender.
Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass, top with fresh kiwi slices, and serve immediately with a thick straw.
