Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • Splash of a2 Milk® Lactose Free
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Margarine
  • Dill for garnish

Directions

  1. Whisk 4 eggs, a splash of a2 Milk® Lactose Free, salt and pepper.
  2. Melt margarine in a pan before adding the egg mixture on a low heat, mixing continuously.
  3. Take eggs off the heat for 10 seconds, continuing to stir.
  4. Put eggs back on the heat and stir until just cooked through.
