Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Medjool date, pitted
  • 1 Banana, ripe
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup a2 Milk® Full Cream
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup Frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 4-5 Fresh raspberries, for topping

Directions

  1. Add the frozen raspberries and water to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into the bottom of a tall glass and set aside.
  2. Rinse the blender jug.
  3. Add the date, banana, peanut butter, a2 Milk® Full Cream, and ice cubes to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently pour the peanut butter mixture over the raspberry layer, pouring slowly to keep the layers separate.
  5. Top with fresh raspberries and serve immediately with a straw.
