Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Icing sugar, sifted
  • 25g Margarine
  • 1 tbsp a2 Milk®, plus extra if needed

Directions

  1. Place the sifted icing sugar and margarine in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1 tbsp a2 Milk® and mix with a spatula or wooden spoon until smooth and well combined.
  3. If the icing is too thick, add a little more milk, 1 tsp at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. If the icing is too thin, add more sifted icing sugar, 1 tbsp at a time.
  5. Use immediately to ice cupcakes, cakes, or biscuits.
