Pikelets

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup a2 Milk® Full Cream
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Self-raising flour

Directions

  1. Beat sugar and eggs well.
  2. Add a2 Milk® Full Cream, then dry ingredients.
  3. Use a non-stick frypan over medium heat. Melt a small knob of margarine in the frypan and then spoon the batter into the pan waiting for each pikelet to set and for bubbles to appear and then pop before turning.
  4. Serve plain or with maple syrup.
