Pistachio Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup a2 Milk® Full Cream
  • 4 tbsp Pistachio spread (2tbsp reserved for topping)
  • 2 tbsp Crushed pistachios (some reserved for topping)
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • A pinch of salt
  • Strawberries and raspberries for topping

Directions

Method - Mix the base

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine oats, a2 Milk® Full Cream, crushed pistachios, pistachio spread, honey, and salt. Stir well.

Refrigerate

  1. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours) to allow the oats to soften and absorb the flavours.

Serve

  1. In the morning, give it a stir and top with extra pistachio spread, pistachios and berries. Enjoy chilled or warm it slightly if preferred.
