Salted Caramel Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1 cup a2 Milk® Lactose Free Full Cream
  • 1 cup Salted caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp Flaked coconut (for topping)

Directions

  1. Mix the oats, chia seeds, coconut, maple syrup and milk. Mix and set aside to chill. 
  2. Drizzle the glasses with caramel. 
  3. Add the oats and top with caramel, place into the fridge overnight. 
  4. Top with flaked coconut and serve.
