Smoothie Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup Mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup a2 Milk® Full Cream

Directions

  1. Add the strawberries, mango chunks, honey, and a2 Milk® Full Cream to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into 6 popsicle moulds, leaving about 1cm at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into each mould.
  5. Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight until completely frozen.
  6. To remove, run the outside of the mould briefly under warm water, then carefully pop out the popsicles.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
