Strawberry banana popsicles

Servings: 5-8 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Homemade yoghurt with a2 Milk®
  • 1/4 cup a2 Milk® Full Cream
  • 2 tbsp Honey (or caster sugar)
  • 1 cup Strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 Ripe banana, chopped

Directions

  1. Add the yoghurt, a2 Milk® Full Cream, and honey to a blender. Process until combined.
  2. Add the strawberries and banana. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into 5-8 popsicle moulds, leaving about 1cm at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert a popsicle stick into each mould.
  5. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight until completely frozen.
  6. For easy removal, place the mould inside a container filled with warm water. Wait a few seconds, then pull out gently by gripping the handle.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
