Strawberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

For the Blended Strawberry Oats

  • 1 cup (90 grams) Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) a2 Milk® Full Cream
  • 1/2 cup (80 grams) Fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (110g) Homemade yoghurt with a2 Milk®.
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp Maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) optional
  • 1 pinch Salt

For the Chocolate Shell

  • 1/3 cup (60g) Dark chocolate
  • 1-2 tbsp Coconut oil optional (helps to thin the chocolate)

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients for the blended oats to a blender and blend until a smooth (ish) batter-like consistency forms
  2. Add to your bowls/jars/ramekins and smooth out the top
  3. Melt your chocolate (in the microwave or in a double boiler) along with the coconut oil (if using)
  4. Pour over the blended oats and smooth out so it covers the top. Place in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours (or overnight). Enjoy!
