Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 fresh mango, peeled and chopped (or 1 cup frozen mango)
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup Homemade yoghurt with a2 Milk®
  • 1/2 cup a2 Milk® Full Cream

Toppings (optional)

  • 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mango chunks

Directions

  1. Add the mango, frozen banana, homemade yoghurt, and a2 Milk® Full Cream to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into your favourite glass or smoothie cup.
  4. Top with coconut flakes and fresh mango chunks if desired. Serve immediately.
