Turmeric Latte

Ingredients

  • 250ml a2 Milk® Full Cream 
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh grated turmeric 
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh grated ginger 
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder  
  • 1 Cinnamon stick 
  • 1 Cardamon pod 
  • 1 tsp Honey  
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Fill a small saucepan with 250mls of a2 Milk® Full Cream. 
  2. Peel and grate your ginger followed by your turmeric before adding it to the saucepan. 
  3. Add in the remaining spices to the pot, bring to a boil, and reduce to a simmer for 2-3 minutes. 
  4. Using a mesh strainer, strain the mixture into your favourite mug. 
  5. Optional Step: use a portable frother to get a nice, foamy texture. 
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
